Theresa
M. Napolitano is a founding member of the law firm of
TN Global, LLC. She concentrates exclusively
in immigration and nationality law and related business
transactions within the United States, the Middle East,
and North Africa. Ms. Napolitano travels extensively
to conduct business transactions, provide consultations,
and represent clients at U.S. consulates throughout
the world. She manages the firm’s satellite office
in Cairo, Egypt.
Prior to establishing TN Global, LLC,
LLP, Ms. Napolitano was an associate attorney at a private
law firm handling commercial transactions, civil and
tort litigation. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University
School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and completed a
course of study in European Union Law at Lund University
in Lund, Sweden. As a Fulbright Scholar, Ms. Napolitano
researched defense systems of the Baltic Region in affiliation
with the Albert Einstein Center for Non Violence at
Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. While researching
in Sweden, she also assisted in the re-drafting of the
Lithuanian Criminal Code.
Ms. Napolitano’s professional
affiliations include membership in the American Trial
Lawyers Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association,
International Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar
Association. Ms. Napolitano is active in the American
Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee and the National
Association of Arab American Professionals. She also
teaches undergraduate courses in comparative cultures
and religions of the Middle East.
Ms. Napolitano was born in New Jersey.
She has resided in Europe and has traveled extensively
throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
